Welcome to ew4ste.com, operated by e.w4ste LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms govern your use of our site, including purchasing physical media, browsing content, and contacting us.
2. Purchasing Eligibility
You must be old enough to make purchases in your region or have permission from a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you have that permission or legal capacity to do so.
3. Products and Orders
- All products are made in limited quantities and may sell out at any time.
- Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability. Orders are accepted when payment is successfully processed.
- We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors), limit units per customer, or modify/discontinue products.
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card details. By submitting a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms.
5. Shipping and Returns
Each order is handmade or assembled in limited runs; processing and shipping times may vary.
- All sales are final.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ew4ste.com with photos and your order number.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, graphics, text, video materials, and packaging designs—is owned by e.w4ste LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission. Artists retain their own copyrights unless otherwise stated.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Do not disrupt or attempt to harm our systems.
- Do not copy or scrape content or code without authorization.
- Do not misrepresent your identity when communicating with us.
8. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third parties such as Stripe (payments), Bunny.net (video), Netlify and Cloudflare (hosting/performance). They operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, e.w4ste LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Tennessee, USA.
